By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Refunds, Exchanges, and Name Changes
Prime Creative Media cannot guarantee refunds or credit notes for tickets, except in situations where the event has been cancelled or rescheduled, or as required under Australian Consumer Law. This includes but is not limited to:
- In the event that a third party obtained, or registered, or paid for a ticket on your behalf. This applies whether or not the third party did so with or without your knowledge or consent. The third party may include, but not limited to, an Event sponsor, Event partner, your aggregator, and/or your colleague.
- In the event that you have purchased the wrong ticket.
A change in personal circumstances does not entitle a ticket holder to return a ticket and obtain a refund.
If a ticket is not redeemed, a ticket holder is not entitled to request a refund post-event.
Name changes will be accepted at any point prior to the first day of the event.
If you can no longer attend the event:
- Cancellations made 30 or more business days prior to the event will incur a $50 administration fee per ticket for paid events. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 30 business days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund.
- If you are unable to attend, you may:
- Transfer your ticket to a colleague at no additional cost (one name change permitted; additional changes incur a fee), or
- Request a credit note, at Prime Creative Media’s discretion, provided the request is made at least 14 business days prior to the event.
- Cancellations made within 7 business days of the event are not eligible for a refund or a note under any circumstances.
Credit Notes
In the event that Prime Creative Media offers you a credit note, the following apply.
- A credit note cannot be converted into a refund, in part or on the whole.
- The value of the credit note must be used within twelve (12) months from the original credit note date.
- You cannot extend the credit for more than twelve (12) months from the original credit note date.
- If the ticket or admission price of the event you intend to use the credit note for is higher than the value of the credit note, you must pay the additional amount.
- If the ticket or admission price of the event you intend to use the credit note for is less than the value of the credit note, you do not receive a refund of the balance. You forfeit the remaining value of the credit note.
Cancellation or Postponement
In the case of the event being postponed or rescheduled, ticket holders will be advised of the new dates as soon as is practicable and offered access to the rescheduled dates at no additional cost.
If a ticket holder can no longer attend the event due to the change in dates, they will be entitled to submit a request for refund within four (4) weeks of being notified of the change in dates.
If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund. To ensure timely processing, please ensure that a ticket confirmation number is included with the refund request.
Collection of Information
Prime Creative Media will not pass along ticket holders’ information to any third party without their consent except as required for event-related purposes.
If information is required to be communicated to a third-party organisation, ticket holders will be notified at the time of purchase.
If tickets are purchased on behalf of someone else, Prime Creative Media relies on the ticket buyer to have the authority to act on that person’s behalf, including submitting their information and providing consent to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Prime Creative Media collects your personal information (email, phone, and/or social media) to facilitate requested services, including keeping you informed of our activities.
We may contact you to promote services, products, education, or events.
If attending an event, you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. Notify staff if you do not wish to be.
Your information may be disclosed to third parties where required by law or for contracted services, potentially outside Australia.
Prime Creative Media may communicate via mail, email, social media, SMS, or phone, including information from sponsors and third parties.
Providing information constitutes indefinite consent for these purposes; consent may be withdrawn, but service provision may be affected.

Marketing and Promotions
Ticket holders consent to their position title and company being used by Prime Creative Media for the purposes of promoting the event, as well as in post-event reporting.
All ticket holders consent to be added to relevant Prime Creative Media databases and to be sent relevant digital and print publications, as well as third party mailouts.
Recording and Publication
Ticket holders consent to photos and video footage being taken throughout the event, which may be used in any Prime Creative Media publications (print and digital) as well as for future marketing of this and other events organised by Prime Creative Media.
Delivery of Tickets and Confirmation of Orders
Confirmation of ticket purchase will be delivered electronically via email. Ticket holders should check their junk mail folder for any confirmation emails.
It is recommended that all ticket buyers note their ticket confirmation number before navigating away from the confirmation page – this will be required to follow up on or to confirm a purchase.
It is the ticket buyer’s responsibility to contact Prime Creative Media if they believe an error has occurred during the ticket buying process.
Prime Creative Media will not be responsible for any loss incurred (monetary or otherwise) if they assume that an order was or was not placed due to a technical error.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Prime Creative Media shall not have any liability to the ticket holder/s beyond the value of the ticket and any transaction fee.
Prime Creative Media will not be liable for any wasted expenditure or loss of enjoyment. Personal arrangements including accommodation and travel relating to the event which have been arranged by the ticket holder are at their own risk.
Ticket Limitations
When purchasing or redeeming a promotional code for tickets, there is a limit to a specified number of tickets per event.
This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.
Prime Creative Media reserves the right to cancel any orders that we identify as breaching these conditions including where we know or reasonably suspect that ticket purchases or redemptions have been duplicated to avoid proper registration process.
Fees
Pricing displayed on our website includes GST and transaction fees.
On site ticket prices may vary.
Currency
Unless another currency is specifically listed, all ticket prices are listed in Australian Dollars and are subject to GST.
Payment methods accepted are Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
Please note there are no cash facilities on site to make payments in cash, they must be made by credit or debit card.
Code of Conduct
Prime Creative Media is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and professional environment for everyone attending our events, including exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and delegates. All attendees are expected to act respectfully and responsibly at all times.
The following behaviour will not be tolerated:
- Harassment (including sexual harassment)
- Physical or verbal aggression
- Discrimination
- Offensive language or behaviour
- Unsafe or disruptive conduct, including intoxication or overconsumption of alcohol
Prime Creative Media reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with these standards. This includes any conduct that compromises the safety, enjoyment, or professionalism of the event. If you experience or witness any inappropriate behaviour, please speak to a member of the event team immediately.
