  • Claiming of prize and installation is only avilable to residents of Australia.
  • To enter this competition, a participant must complete a digital registration form using QR codes which are on display only at the Brisbane Truck Show between Thursday, 18 May 2023 and Sunday, 21 May 2023 (until 1 pm).
  • All entrants will be required to provide their full name, email address, phone number, company name (if applicable), country and state to register for the competition. By submitting an entry, the participant grants Prime Creative Media and WHG. Technologies access to the data submitted.
  • Participating in the competition gives the entrant an opportunity to win one of four vouchers for FLEET CAM® AI video telematics kits valued at $2,473 each sponsored by WHG. Technologies.
  • Registration closes at 1 pm on Sunday, 21 May 2023, after which a random number generator software will be used to select 4 lucky winners from all eligible entries received. The draw will be conducted at the Brisbane Truck Show on Sunday, 21 May 2023 at 2 pm.
  • Following the draw, the lucky winners will be contacted by phone. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions or failure to respond after three attempts may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
  • To claim the FLEET CAM® AI video telematics kits, the winners will need to contact the WHG. Technologies team member specified on the voucher to verify their details.
  • The team from WHG Technologies will collaborate with the respective winners and select a metropolitan region in which they can arrange for a mobile technician to provide delivery and installation services for the FLEETCAM® AI video telematics kits.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow us to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  • The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash or other prizes.
  • Prime Creative Media shall not be held accountable for any delays or failures in delivering any portion of the prize caused by third-party actions or omissions.
  • Prime Creative Media is not responsible for any damage or loss of the prize that occurs during shipment or delivery. The winner assumes all risk of loss, damage, or destruction of the prize once it has been shipped or delivered to them. If the prize is damaged or lost during shipment or delivery, the winner should contact the shipping carrier or delivery service to file a claim.
  • Prime Creative Media reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event that the promoted product is not available or in stock, Prime Creative Media and WHG Technologies reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The winner will be notified of any such substitution as soon as possible.
