Prime Creative Media acquires Mayne Media titles
Prime Creative Media is pleased to announce the acquisition of the print and digital assets of Mayne Media, including the magazine mastheads Earthmoving Equipment, Australian Car Mechanic, What Tradies Want, Arbor Age, Landscape Contractor and Adventure Rider.
“We are delighted to have acquired these titles and believe the publications and team will fit beautifully with our current offering,” said John Murphy, CEO of Prime Creative Media. “We have a great deal of respect for the team at Mayne and couldn’t be happier with these recent developments.”
Mayne Media Founder and Director Kurt Quambusch says the integration of the titles into Prime Creative Media is a great next step to ensure their continued growth.
“This is really an ideal match to continue to deliver value to the market,” says Mr. Quambusch.
Long-term team members from Mayne Media will be joining the Prime Creative Media team, and have already begun working together. It will be business as usual for the titles as the team works to ensure a smooth transition for their readers and clients.
