Prime Creative Media acquires industrial print, digital and event assets of Cirrus Media

Prime Creative Media is pleased to announce the acquisition of the industrial, mining, manufacturing and agricultural assets from Cirrus Media, effective 1 December 2015. The sale comprises of industry-leading mastheads, events, and web assets, including industry directories and the transfer of all existing staff and infrastructure.

The purchase sees the Melbourne-based publisher Prime Creative Media expand into Sydney with existing staff to be based in Chatswood, New South Wales.

The latest acquisition by Prime Creative Media follows closely on from the February purchase of the ASX-listed Commstrat and the launch into the infrastructure and waste management sectors.
